The Criminal Justice Career Day is held on the Ball State campus each spring. The event connects our students with the local, state, federal, and private sector criminal justice agencies providing important services in Indiana and across the nation.

The Career Day is cosponsored by the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology and Alpha Phi Sigma, the national criminal justice student honor society. The Criminal Justice Career Day is mutually beneficial to students and criminal justice organizations. The event provides agencies and organizations with valuable access to more than 600 interested, educated, well-qualified, and motivated students.

Organizations wishing to participate will be allowed to staff an information table. Please contact Dr. Michael Brown, Department Chair and/or Kristy Fix in the Career Center for more information.  Space is limited this year, and reservations necessarily will be made on a first come, first served basis. All questions regarding the CJC Career Day should be addressed to Dr. Monte Staton.

There is a $40 registration fee for organizations. Please make your check payable to "Alpha Phi Sigma—Ball State University Chapter." This modest fee helps to cover event expenses, and it also serves as a student organization fundraiser. Please note the information on the registration form concerning the opportunity to conduct on campus interviews with potential candidates through the Ball State Career Center.   To assist with your registration, please register through the CJC Career Day link above.
