As a graduate of the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology and Counseling your training prepares you to meet the challenges of a complex, highly diverse world. As counselors, you will be well prepared to meet the needs of your clients, whether in a school, private practice, or agency setting. As a social psychology graduate, you will be ready for the challenging duties in your work setting, or for the challenges of a doctoral program. Or, as a counseling psychologist, your training as a scientist-professional will be well suited to opportunities in both academic and applied settings. Whatever your ultimate destination, your training will give you an excellent foundation.
