Pre-Business Courses

In addition to an overall GPA of 2.0, you will need to have a minimum combined GPA of 2.5 for the four pre-business courses to be admitted to Ball State’s Miller College of Business.

These pre-business courses are also commonly referred to as the “Rule of Four” courses:

• ACC 201 Principles of Accounting 1
• ECON 201 Elementary Microeconomics
• ISOM 125 Microscomputer Applications for Business
• MATHS 111 Pre-Calculus Algebra (must have a C or higher)
