Fall 2012-Summer 2013: Graduate Tuition for Online and Distance Education Students
The following costs are for Ball State online and distance students who are working on master's, doctoral, specialist degrees, graduate-level certificates, or taking 500-level or higher courses. This information is meant to help you estimate your education expenses.
As an online and distance student, your total tuition cost per semester consists of:

NOTE: If you take one or more courses on Ball State’s main campus in Muncie, Indiana, during a semester or term, you are required to pay the main-campus rate for your graduate course, plus fees for student services, health, and recreation.

- $3.50 for all clinical nursing courses with a lab to cover liability insurance
- $400 per graduate clinical nursing course

Credit Card Fees
If you use a credit or debit card, you will be charged an extra 2.7 percent of your total bill. This is the fee passed on from the credit card companies to Ball State for processing. If you do not wish to be charged this fee, you might want to consider other payment methods.
