First Summer Session 2013 (May 13-June 14)

• February 18: Classes offered may be viewed online
• March 13-First day of class : Registration begins for online fixed-time and online asynchronous courses and on-site courses in the Greater Indianapolis area. Note that not all online and off-campus courses start the first day of the semester, so the registration date varies per course.
• May 13: Classes for many online and distance courses start this week. But check your schedule since there are many variations.
• May 15: Late registration and change-of-course end for classes starting the week of May 14 (does not include Independent Learning courses)
• May 27: Memorial Day; the university is closed 
• June 3: Course withdrawal period ends for first summer session online and distance classes
• June 14: First summer session ends
• June 18: Grades posted

Second Summer Session 2013 (June 17-July 19)

Note that many online and distance education classes do not follow the same schedule as on-campus classes. Make sure you are aware of all start, end, withdrawal, and other important dates related to your classes.
