About Angela J. Stefanski

Angela J. Stefanski teaches undergraduate literacy courses and graduate courses on literacy instruction, assessment, and intervention. Dr. Stefanski has also led several community-engaged experiences for preservice teachers in partnership with schools and local non-profit agencies.

Areas of Expertise

Dr. Stefanski’s scholarship includes a focus on the development of more equitable literacy experiences for all children. Her current research includes working alongside teachers and administrators in order to expand capacity to effectively address the literacy needs of children and families in communities with high levels of poverty.
