Industry Partners

A nationwide network of industry professionals from the property management and apartment industry comprise the RPM Advisory Board. Membership contributions generously support RPM scholarships, student activities, professional networking events, and more.

Board member companies also support the RPM Program in many other ways. They offer their apartment communities for RPM class projects, field trips, and internship sites. Members of the Advisory Board also share their expertise with students through guest lectures in the classroom.

Many advisory board members serve as mentors to RPM students during their academic preparation and beyond. Some students work part-time for advisory board member companies while taking classes. A large number of RPM graduates are employed by advisory board member companies.

Advisory Board membership categories include:

  • Capital – property management companies that make a major financial contribution to the program and maintain their membership with annual contributions. Capital members are invited to participate in "Face-to-Face", the annual networking event that connects RPM interns and graduating seniors with Capital member companies.
  • Elected – property management companies that maintain their membership with annual contributions.
  • Associate – companies that provide products and services to the property management and apartment industry.
  • Supporting/Honorary – companies, organizations, and individuals that are recognized for their on-going support of the RPM Program.

RPM faculty member Kay Piotrowicz serves as Coordinator of the Advisory Board. Questions about becoming a member of the Advisory Board can be directed to Kay Piotrowicz.
