As you near completition of your graduate certificate program, you may be wondering about the final steps necessary to receive your certificate.
1. Please remember, receiving your certificate is not automatic. You must apply for completion. To do so, eligible students must submit Application for Completion of Graduate Certificate Program to the Graduate School (West Quad 100, Muncie, IN 47306) within the first four weeks of the semester in which he/she plans to take the final required course or the first two weeks of the summer semester. 2. The Graduate School receives Application for Completion of Graduate Certificate Program and requests check sheet from advisor/department and verifies coursework.
3. The Graduate School verifies completion of coursework and provides certificate, signed by the Graduate School Dean, to the appropriate department for department signature.
4. Lastly, the appropriate department mails completed certificate to student.
