You have a few options for how to pay your fees. The most convenient and popular method is to use eBill, which allows you to pay online.

You may also mail your check, money order, or cashier's check to: Ball State University, Office of Bursar and Loan Administration, Muncie IN  47306-0725.

Or you may visit Lucina Hall, room B31, in person to pay by check, money order, or cashier's check at the cashier's window.

Some things to know as you plan how to pay:

  • Ball State University does not accept credit card payments or payment by phone.
  • Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and written in U.S. dollars.
  • Do not send postdated checks. All payments are processed the day they are received.
  • A $25 returned check service charge is assessed for each dishonored check the bank returns to the university.  If the check is in payment for a university obligation, this service charge is in addition to other established penalties.
  • Installment plans are available. Ball State adds $10 per month, and breaks the payments into four equal parts.
