Becoming a Photographer: The Study of the Photography Style of Ansel Adams

Julie K. Boucher studied Ansel Adams’ style of photography and the methods he used to develop his film, and then she tried to reproduce it. This not only helped her to learn about the technical side of photography, but it developed her artistic ability as well. She included 15 black-and-white photographs and an essay detailing the procedures Adams used to photograph nature. Advisor: Tony Gothard.
