Professional experience includes twelve years at Matchbook Creative (formerly Mineo Gray) in Indianapolis, Indiana, as president and creative director, five years at Fanning Howey as creative director, ten years at Gumas Advertising as vice-president and creative director, and five years at Floyd Design Associates as art director.

Gray has received numerous awards, including finalist of Indiana Green Business Awards; Enterprising Woman of the Year (2010); winner of the Brady Award-Butler University; Advisor Recognition (2010); winner of the First Place Regional Award for State Farm “Ready or Not” Campaign for AAF National Student Advertising Competition as team advisor (2010); First Place Regional Award and Fourth Place National Award for JCPenney Campaign (2011); recipient of the Apple for You Award-Butler University, Teaching Recognition (2006-2011); and recognized as a Favorite Faculty Member by Butler Alumni (2007-2010).
Thesis/Creative Project Experience
Gray is interested in overseeing a number of topics from grad students, including audience analysis, diversity in advertising/marketing, digital storytelling, creative strategies in print and digital, videography, photography, graphic design, and strategic messaging.
