Professional Experience:
Shoemaker’s professional experience includes being adjunct faculty at the University of Indianapolis, Ohio State and Lindenwood University. He was Telecommunications policy advisor for the Indiana Department of Commerce, Director of Public Policy and External Affairs for Verizon Wireless Communications, and the President of the Richard Shoemaker Associates Public Policy Consultants.
