Internship Information

Every summer, the U.S. Department of Energy and NASA sponsor summer internships for undergraduate and graduate students in science, engineering, the mathematical sciences, and mathematics and science education.

These 8- to 10-week internships typically pay $400 per week and include round-trip transportation from your home to the laboratory. In most cases, inexpensive housing is arranged by the sponsoring laboratory. Applications are normally due in February or March. For more information, see the following Web sites:
