Admission to the MBA Program
You’ll need to be admitted to both the Graduate School at Ball State and the master of business administration (MBA) program.
That means submitting both applications and official transcripts. You’ll need a business resume or curriculum vitae, as well. You’ll also be required to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) test or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), and if you are an international student, you will also need the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) in addition to the GMAT or GRE. Read our step-by-step guide on how to apply.
Ball State admits students on a rolling basis each year. Admission decisions are made monthly, and you are encouraged to apply early. Admission deadlines are as follows:
Fall Semester (beginning in August):
Domestic Applicants: July 1
International Applicants: January 1
Spring Semester (beginning in January):

International Applicants: July 1
Summer Semester (beginning in May):
