Overloads

N. Palomba announced that a new policy will be in effect next year concerning overloads.   Overloads will eliminated, with only an occasional exception.  A large class enrollment will no longer qualify automatically for a teaching load of eight hours.  Each situation involving a large class will have to be evaluated individually and in some situations, the teaching load averaged for two quarters.
