The Miller College of Business offers 34 graduate assistant positions for full-time graduate business students.
You’ll work 20 hours a week performing such duties as grading homework from undergraduate courses, tutoring undergraduate students, and conducting library research for several professors. Read the graduate assistantship job description for the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM).
In return, all tuition is waived except a dedicated fee, and no out-of-state fees are charged for students holding assistantships. Graduate assistants also get a competitive stipend along with a 10 percent discount at most local bookstores.
To be a Miller College graduate assistant, you must first be admitted to a graduate degree program in the university. Apply for an assistantship by contacting the Office for MBA and Graduate Certificate Programs (located in Student Services, WB 147). The deadline for applications for fall semester is March 1.
