Chairman and CEO
Jack Campbell founded private investment banking firm MASI Ltd., formerly known as Merger and Acquisition Strategies, Inc., in 1984. The company provides services to public and private clients with revenues from less than $20 million to more than $1 billion and assists companies in merger and acquisition advisories, corporate finance advisories, and strategic planning.
Campbell has served as MASI’s president and chairman for three terms. He now heads the nominating committee and is a member of the membership committee. In addition, he has been active in the development and implementation of global resources, internal systems, and processes that enable and enhance engagements on behalf of global and domestic clients.
Prior to founding the investment banking firm, Campbell worked as a tax manager for a law firm, while attending law school at Indiana University. He graduated as a doctor of jurisprudence in 1973.
In 1985, Campbell became one of four founders of one of the strongest global, mid-market merger and acquisition and corporate finance groups, with 42 members in 38 countries represented by more than 400 corporate finance professionals.
Campbell is a founding member of the Miller College of Business Executive Advisory Board and is active in a number of professional organizations. He is the past president and secretary of the Indiana Society of Chicago and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
