The basic baccalaureate nursing program is a traditional four-year, on-campus track that prepares graduates for licensure to work as professional nurses in both structured and unstructured health care settings. It also provides excellent preparation for graduate study. In years past, Ball State nursing graduates have annual pass rates of 94 to 100 percent on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Employers note that new graduates from this program are very well prepared for their profession.
