Paying for Dual Credit Courses

Ball State uses an online payment system known as eBill. You will want to make sure that your parent or guardian is set up as an authorized payer.

Ball State accepts payments via a variety of methods.

Due Dates
Your tuition payment is due on the first day of the month after you receive your bill. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the due date becomes the next business day. Your bill will be mailed to your home and addressed to you. You may opt to pay your bill in partial payments over a series of two to four months.

Financial Aid or Waivers
Make sure to check if you qualify for any of these benefits.

Refunds
If you need to drop or withdraw from a course, you may be eligible for a refund.

Questions?
If you have any questions about payments, contact the Bursar’s Office.
