Ball State uses an online payment system known as eBill. You will want to make sure that your parent or guardian is set up as an authorized payer.
Ball State accepts payments via a variety of methods.
Due Dates Your tuition payment is due on the first day of the month after you receive your bill. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the due date becomes the next business day. An e-mail notification is sent to your Ball State e-mail account when your bill is ready to be viewed. Learn more about due dates from the Bursar's Office.
Financial Aid or WaiversMake sure to check if you qualify for any of these benefits.
Refunds If you need to drop or withdraw from a course, you may be eligible for a refund.
Questions? If you have any questions about payments, contact the Bursar’s Office.
