Ingrid Albrecht did her undergraduate work at Wake Forest University and her graduate work at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her areas of interest are ethics (with an emphasis on Kant’s moral theory) and moral psychology. At Ball State, she is teaching Introduction to Ethics and upper-level ethics classes. Her current research focuses on the (non-moral yet normative) expectations we place on each other in loving relationships, and the related attitudes of grief and hurt feelings.
