Observing Sessions

Public observing sessions in the observatory are typically scheduled on several nights during each semester of the academic year, and on one or two nights during each summer session. Sessions are held only if the weather is clear.

The observatory is not heated. If it is partly cloudy, you can call 765-285-8877 for a status report on the open house.

The observatory is located on the roof of the Cooper Science Building with the entrance marked CP 443.

We also offer visits for school groups to the observatory.
