National Scholarship Awarded to Alumnus

Eric Nehl, PhD candidate in Health Behavior at Indiana University, was the 2006 recipient of the Will Rogers Institute Fellowship. The award of $10,000, sponsored by the Will Rogers Institute, was presented by the American Association for Health Education (AAHE) at its annual meeting. Mr. Nehl graduated from Ball State University in 1998 with a BS in Health Education and in 2001 with an MS in Community Health Education. He now lives in Atlanta, GA and works as a data analyst under Dr. Karen Glanz in the School of Public Health at Emory University while completing his dissertation with the guidance of Dr. Mohammad Torabi of the Department of Applied Health Science at Indiana University. Mr. Nehl is looking forward to his marriage next fall to a lovely Southern Belle.
