Jeffrey Clark was a member of the department from 1994 to 2012. He served as Department Chair from 2008 to 2012.  His expertise is in the areas of health education, human sexuality, HIV/AIDS education, and community health education program evaluation. He currently serves as the director of the Smokefree Indiana project and the Hepatitis C Surveilance Program.
