Counseling Psychology and Guidance Services
Emphasizing a balance between classroom and experiential learning, graduate programs in the Department of Counseling Psychology and Guidance Services prepare you to help people manage difficult life events and empower them to consider change. You'll be trained to work as a school, community agency, mental health, or vocational rehabilitation counselor or as a social and counseling psychologist. As part of your training, you'll have opportunities for practicum and internship experiences in the department-operated counseling clinic and at local schools and hospitals.

Educational Leadership
Graduate programs in the Department of Educational Leadership are designed to help you succeed in educational leadership roles in both school and community settings. Educational Psychology
Through the study of human development, memory, learning, and cognition in educational settings, graduate programs in the Department of Educational Psychology guide you in the discovery of how and why individuals learn. Areas of focus include school psychology and gifted and talented studies.
