The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University. We also setup and maintain Cardinal Cash accounts, and preparation of federal tax form 1098-T.
| Financial Aid refunds for Summer Semester and 1st Half of Summer will be released starting on Friday, May 10, 2013. Financial Aid refunds for students registered for 2nd Half of Summer will be sent starting on Friday, June 14, 2013. 1098-T forms for 2012 have been created and should be delivered by February 1, 2013. Please access the eBill site for instructions on how students, authorized payers, or guest payers can make payments, as well as instructions for students to add an authorized payer to their account.
