Lyell Bussell Memorial Fund

Research Information

Funds are provided to help cover the costs of graduate research not covered by other sources available to graduate students. All types of research efforts related to graduate study may be considered, including dissertation and master's thesis research projects. The size of awards will be based on the committee's assessment of the quality of the research project and the nature of the special needs associated with the research. STUDENTS MAY RECEIVE SUPPORT FOR ONE RESEARCH AWARD PER ACADEMIC YEAR.

For RESEARCH we need:

  1. Lyell Bussell Application for Research (please type). Link is located in the navigation bar on the right hand side of the website. Please make sure you have the address listed where you would like the refund check to be sent.

  4. Original receipts. The funds cannot be used to purchase tangible items that can be kept at the end of your research (example: books, software, etc.). Funds also cannot be used to have a dissertation printed.
