The Clinical Practice Network is comprised of our own Professional Development Laboratory School (Burris), Professional Development Schools and Partner Schools.

Our mission is to foster a professional learning community within our sphere of influence that provides a dynamic network of research and professional development. We do this by identifying and partnering with those educational entities which provide our students with vital clinical field experiences key to developing appropriate knowledge, skills and dispositions proven to have a positive impact on P12 learning.

The input we receive from our Clinical Practice Network, continues to shape and mold our teacher education programming so that it is better aligned to the knowledge, theory, disposition and real world experience necessary for our teacher candidates to take their place in the field and lead toward innovative practice. The goals of our Strategic Plan are a reflection of their input, moving us forward in designing a relationship where all learners benefit.

Professional Development Menu

In an effort to provide quality professional development opportunities to our educational partners, we make available information and resources to assist in planning your own professional development.

In addition to the Professional Development Menu, OTES-CP offers professional development opportunities to those who are a part of our Clinical Practice Network.
