Learning Assessment Model Project (LAMP)

During the student teaching experience, students are required to participate in the Learning Assessment Model Project (LAMP). LAMP is a rubrics-driven method designed to facilitate and evaluate a teacher candidate's ability to align instruction and assessment with standards and best practice, their ability to demonstrate their students' learning, and to provide evidence of their own understanding of how the assessment of their students' learning informs their instruction. LAMP guides student teachers through this assessment process.
