Life Sciences (High School)

This program prepares candidates to teach high school life science courses. (Those wishing to add a middle school/junior high license in general science with a life science concentration will require an additional semester of course work.) Candidates complete work in several supporting sciences to enhance their knowledge and skill base in the biological field. This program requires a minimum of 131 credit hours and is located in the Department of Biology. The introductory course for this program is SCI 150.
