Clinic fees support the nonprofit operating costs and research conducted by the Ball State University School Psychology Clinic. This fee is dependent upon the ability of the client to pay and the nature of the services provided. No insurance payments can be accepted at this time.
A sliding scale (based upon household income) is used to determine the final cost of clinic services. In some cases, clinic services will be provided free of charge. In rare instances, payment plans may be created to meet your individual circumstances. Contact the Director of the School Psychology Clinic for special fee accommodations.
Parent-Child Interaction Training (PCIT): $600
Psychoeducational Evaluation: $500
Functional Behavioral Assessment: $200
Psychological and Educational Consultation: $40/hour
Behavioral Interventions (developed and implemented): $40/hour
Classroom Observations: $20/hour.
Payment is due upon service. Make checks payable to "Ball State University School Psychology Clinic."
