Renee Nevins received her PhD in school psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology from Ball State University. Nevins conducts research in neuropsychology, psychological and educational assessment, and psychopathology, specifically among children and adolescents. Recently, Nevins examined the prognosis of dementia for purposes of intervention and future planning. In addition to research, Nevins teaches graduate level courses in school psychology and neuropsychology, covering topics such as brain dysfunction, cognitive motor functioning, brain-behavior relationships, research methods, and human development.
