Kathy Northington Memorial Scholarship in Deaf Education

This scholarship was founded in 1976 in memory of Kathy Northington, a deaf education major who lost her life in an auto accident during her junior year. A scholarship was established by her husband to recognize students majoring in deaf education.

Selection Criteria

• Achieve junior or senior status by fall semester
• Exhibit outstanding achievement as reflected by GPA
• Be a full-time student both fall and spring semesters
• Major in deaf education
