Chris Modica, PhD completed his bachelor's degree in psychology from Judson University, his masters degree in clinical-counseling psychology from Illinois State University, and his doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Ball State University. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Butler University & Aspire Indiana Professional Psychology Consortium in Indianapolis, IN in 2011. Modica is a licensed psychologist in the state of Indiana. He has clinical experience in university counseling centers, community mental health centers, and outpatient psychology clinics. He has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate psychology classes and tries to emphasize the application of research and science into the world of everyday clinical practice. In addition to teaching, Modica sees clients in private practice in Muncie, IN and has interests in eating disorders, OCD and anxiety disorders, couples/marital therapy, and testing and assessments using the MMPI.
