The Technology Store is a university-owned and operated service where Ball State students and employees can view, test, purchase, and order the latest products from a variety of companies.
Our Featured Products page highlights some of the competitive prices and discounts we offer students and employees on computers, software, and accessories. We carry Lenovo and Apple computers, as well as greatly discounted software from Adobe and Microsoft.

What to Bring to the Technology Store
Students and employees making a personal purchase must have available their Ball State picture ID or their Ball State ID number. All personal purchase sales require a current Ball State ID number.
Departmental purchases require a Ball State budget code and a valid Ball State ID number. Departmental purchases can only be made by a full-time department employee.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, checks, money orders, and Cardinal Cash. We do not accept cash payments. Departments should pay with a journal voucher (JV). Please contact us with any questions regarding eligibility, pricing or methods of payment.
What do I do after I buy from the Technology Store?
Students may visit TechTime for help with their computers. TechTime is a free student-helping-student service available for the duration of your enrollment with the university. Do you need help loading software onto your computer? Is your computer not running properly? Whatever the reason, make an appointment with our TechTime staff to get your computer in top notch condition!
