Teachers College Programs Make National Best Buy List
Three of Ball State's online master's degree programs in education made the most recent national "Best Buy" list on GetEducated.com, a consumer advocacy group for online education. These comprehensive rankings are
based on a survey of 367 online masters programs across the US.
Degrees
surveyed included online masters in education, teaching, instructional
technology, educational leadership, and special education.
These Best Buy programs have been independently reviewed and found to
offer a high quality online degree for educators and teachers at a cost
that ranks well below the national average. Better yet, all the schools survey are regionally-accredited.
Regional accreditation is the most difficult level of accreditation
to achieve and the most respected among other universities and
employers. Ball State's rankings are:
- No. 11 - MA in Career and Technical Education
- No. 19 - MA in Physical Education - Coaching
- No. 26 - MAE in Educational Administration and Supervision
