Six Sigma Information and Minor in Process Improvement

The Minor in Process Improvement is a new minor in the Department of Technology. Through the Department of Technology's Manufacturing Engineering Technology program, Associate Professor Alan Leduc worked closely with the Six Sigma guru Mikel Harry during the creation of this program. Dr. Harry has granted Ball State University a software license entitled Mindpro, which is valued at $1.4 million dollars. This software is Harry's training package used to train Six Sigma Black Belts through his Six Sigma Management Institute. Students enrolled in the process improvement minor will have unlimited addess to all the training materials and videos associated with Mindpro.
