How to Apply

Undergraduate Applications

If you want to major in telecommunications, you’ll need to apply to the university through our Office of Admissions and be accepted to Ball State. You will begin your freshman year as a “pre-TCOM” student, and you will need to pass five introductory courses with an overall GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. You will then apply to the department.
