B.A./B.S. Theatre Education Curriculum

Ball State University's B.A./B.S. Theatre Education major requires 40-41 credit hours. All secondary education majors also must complete 39 credit hours in professional education courses. A minimum grade point average of 2.5 is required of all teacher education majors. The lowest acceptable grade in a course for credit toward a major or minor in Theatre o Dance is C. Any student receiving a C- or lower must retake the course in order to receive credit towards a major or minor. The repetition of a course does not remove the previous grades from the student’s official academic record. The last grade in a course will be used in computing the student’s grade-point average.
