Have questions about Advising?
Check out the Advising FAQ page and the Advising Handbook.

Did you miss attending a Pre-Registration Advising Meeting?  During the meeting, you would have received information about scheduling classes for spring, tracking your academic progress online, and how to access valuable information and resources on campus.  You should review the Pre-Registration Advising Meeting presentation and materials prior to scheduling an appointment with your academic advisor to discuss Spring Semester 2018 classes. Bring the completed registration worksheet with you to your academic advising appointment.

Navigating through your academic life may, at times, seem challenging.  It definitely can be!  Fortunately Ball State has prepared for your arrival in advance whether you are a freshman, upperdivision student, transfer student, nontraditional student, honors student, or student athlete.  Academic advisors at Ball State are personal, professional, and prepared to give you the advice you need and the resources you will use to successfully map a journey that leads to your graduation.

Our goal is to make all of our materials and services accessible. Please inform staff of accessibility barriers you encounter, and request accommodations that will make activities and information resources accessible to you.
