Donating Materials and Transferring Records
If you wish to donate non-record materials, such as photographs, memorabilia, and publications to the University Archives, please complete a Donor Agreement Form for the University Archives' records.
University Records Transfer Guidelines
The university archives has created records retention schedules to serve as suggested guidelines for the management of departmental records. Separate guidelines for administrative records, committee records, curriculum records, fiscal records, payroll & personnel records, student records, and unretained records have been developed to best address the recordkeeping needs of various university departments. These guidelines provide retention and disposition suggestions for various types of specific records within these broad record categories.
