Instruction
Instruction and user orientation to the Educational Resources Collections is provided for Ball State University classes. Instruction sessions can be scheduled by calling the Media Librarian at 765-285-5333 or by e-mail: Diane Hill.
Research Assistance
Educational Resources Collections personnel provide assistance to Ball State students, faculty, staff, and other library users in:
• locating media materials for classroom instruction;
• locating books in the youth, textbook, and curriculum guide collections;
• using the Educational Resources Collections reference materials that support the use of media, youth books, textbooks, and curriculum guides;
• assistance with using circulating digital equipment.
Assistance is available in person at the Educational Resources Collections Information and Circulation Desk or by calling 765-285-5340. The Media Librarian may be contacted by calling 765-285-5333. In addition, reference questions may be asked by submitting a request for assistance through E-mail a Librarian.
