The Friends of the Alexander M. Bracken Library was organized on May 14, 1977. The Friends generate
financial support,
research materials, ideas and goodwill that helps advance the University Libraries in its mission to serve our students, faculty, and community as a destination for research, learning and friends.
Membership in the Friends of Bracken Library is open to anyone who donates money, books, manuscripts, periodicals, or other educational or research materials to the University Libraries.
