ESRI SITE LICENSE
Ball State University participates in an Educational Site License Program with ESRI, the global leader in GIS software. BSU faculty and staff have free access to the full suite of ESRI software products for teaching, research, and administration purposes.
The site license includes the following software products. For a list of use constraints for each product see the ESRI Site License Overview.
- ArcGIS Desktop (and extensions including Business Analyst Premium)
- ArcGIS Server
- ArcGIS Developer Network
- ArcGIS Online (including Business Analyst Online and Community Analyst)
- ArcGIS for Windows Mobile
Student 1-year trial versions of the ArcGIS Desktop software are available to any Ball State University student currently enrolled in a GIS class or working on a GIS research project. Faculty may request student trial versions directly from ESRI.
