Copying FAQ
What do photocopies cost?
Black and white photocopies made using coins or bills cost 10¢ per page. Photocopies made using a copy card are 6¢ per page.
Color photocopies and computer printouts cost 25¢ per page.
What are copy cards?
Copy cards look like credit cards. Value can be added to these cards at any of the libraries' photocopiers, and printing copies automatically reduces the value of the cards by 6¢ for each black and white copy.
You can purchase copy cards from machines near the photocopiers on 1 West and 2 West of Bracken Library. A copy card costs one dollar and has a balance of 60¢. Value can be added to the card at any photocopier.
Where can I get color photocopies?
Color photocopies can be made at a cost of 25¢ per page with the color photocopiers on 1 East and 1 West in Bracken Library. The copiers accept bills, coins, and copy cards. Color printouts may also be made using the same machine.
Color copies and printouts can also be made at Cardinal Copy Center. On 2/11/13 their office moved from the Arts and Journalism building to a new location in the Robert Bell Building, RB room 160. You may call their office at 765-285-4771 for more information.
Where can I get something laminated?
The GIS Research & Map Collection on 2 East of Bracken Library offers lamination services. Lamination up to 42” in width is available at $3.00 per linear foot. All charges for lamination are processed through the user’s Bursar account. This is necessary because GRMC personnel do not handle cash, and checks are not accepted.
Where can I get transparencies made?
Transparencies cannot be made in any of the Libraries. The Literacy Lab in the Teacher's College Building, (TC 305) and the Cardinal Copy Center make transparencies for a fee. Do the Libraries have fax machines the public can use?
