Conditional admission means you are admitted to the university under specific conditions that you must meet to be considered for full admission.

Undergraduate Applicant
Conditional admission may be appropriate for undergraduate students who wish to apply to Ball State but who have not yet taken a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam or who have a TOEFL score below 79 IBT or higher, 550 PBT or IELTS 6.5 bands.

Graduate Applicant
Graduate applicants may request conditional admission to any program.
