Financial aid advisors may currently be seen by appointment or on a walk-in basis from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In order to comply with regulations that protect the students' identity, the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid will require students to grant proxy access to parents in order for us to discuss the student's financial information.

Instructions for granting proxy access can be found here. Parents will need to have their proxy passphrase and the student's Ball State ID number in order for our office to discuss their financial aid information.
