Special Considerations

• Computer purchases
  Most Ball State students bring a computer with them, and some majors are even required to have certain types of computers. For instance, education majors must have an Apple laptop. Learn about figuring in a computer purchase with your college costs.
  
  
• Child or elder care expenses
  If you have child or elder care expenses not paid by another agency during the time period that you are involved in educational activities such as attending class, studying, or commuting, contact our office to include these expenses in your budget.
