Please read the following statement before e-mailing our office.

Due to federal privacy restrictions all e-mail correspondence must include the student's Ball State ID number and originate from either:

• the student's Ball State e-mail account or
• a designated proxy's e-mail account

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive a reply.

Our e-mail address is finaid@bsu.edu. E-mail requests which do not originate from the students' Ball State e-mail account or a designated proxy's e-mail account (and include the students' Ball State ID number) cannot be answered.
