View Your Awards

If you are accessing our Web site from a public location, be sure to close your browser when ending this session to prevent the possibility of other users viewing your awards.

You will need to access your my.bsu.edu account in order to view your awards. You may view your awards only if you are currently registered as a Ball State student by clicking the "Financial Aid" tab.

If you are a current student and do not have a Ball State computer username, it is easy to obtain one or have its associated password reset. Bring a valid picture ID to the Technology HelpDesk located in the Bracken Library (BL), room 101. You will be given your username and/or password while you wait. The process takes about five minutes to complete. The information desk staff cannot perform password resets over the phone, nor can they reset passwords when a password does not match that of the ID holder.

myBSU allows students to have access to their university records and be able to speak to university departments about their records. Students can also grant permission for other individuals to receive information from their educational records. For more information on granting this permission please visit the proxy access page.
