Holmes-McFadden Minority Scholarship

This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate students who are journalism majors. Preference is given to minority students and to students who have high school journalism experience.

The award is for $1,000 per year ($500 per semester). It is renewable each year as long as you maintain a 2.7 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at Ball State and have the approval of the Department of Journalism chair.

The deadline for applying is February 1.
